Cards Against Humanity Saves America

It has been an incredibly political year for the US and Cards Against Humanity have again aimed to please.
Allow me to attempt to list just some of the political noise from the year:
Trump & Russia
Hillary and uranium....and I guess still emails
Tiki Torches/White Supremacy
Unqualified people being put forward
Tax breaks/Education cuts
DNC screwing over democrats
Honestly, in hopes of not depressing myself I will cut the list short, but I am sure you have heard something new about every two to three days. I have and I am on a different continent now. It has been one thing after another since the start of Trump's presidency. And where some find frustration and destain, others find comedy (and come up with some amazing marketing campaigns).
Cards Against Humanity has insisted on pushing the boundaries with their marketing campaigns. They sold the "bullshit box," Trump Expansion Packs, CAH For Her Packs (Costing $5 more to highlight the "pink" tax), and many other notable packs that shine a light on a political issue or are themed.
Cards Against Humanity have used Helvetica Neue and and their kickass sense of humor to create a dazzling and consistent brand personality. Cards Against Humanity's brand personality is defined by making fun of things in a witty and "so what" fashion. It's why many people have grown to love it. Their branding is consistent and they value helping charitable causes.
Cards Against Humanity have been sparking the interest of many and contempt of some with their latest marketing campaign: Cards Against Humanity Saves America. Below is the video that was released along with this campaign:
Many people in the US oppose Trumps featured campaign trail promise of building a wall across the US/Mexico border. The most obvious arguments seem to still be the existence of ladders, planes, and boats that wouldn't be too bothered by the wall's existence. Never mind the estimated $20-$70 billion price tag on the wall (depending on source).
Many were outraged with the campaign that plans to buy small individual plots of land along the border to muck up the process and have gone to the extent of hiring attorneys that specialize in eminent domain. The feeling of not being able to do anything to stop what seems to be going wrong is widely felt and this is a great $15 way to buck the system. Amongst comments, some threatened to buy and burn the pack whereas others called it a "publicity stunt." For those of us in marketing, we all know this is a holiday marketing campaign and quite an interesting one. It gave customers an opportunity to express their frustration with the political situation in America by contributing to something they believe in...it worked wonderfully for Bernie Sanders to fund his presidential campaign.
And within one day, Cards Against Humanity's marketing team knocked it out of the park! One day on sale and all of the slots available had sold out.
Cards Against Humanity's Marketing Department deserve a hand for this one. What an incredibly done holiday marketing campaign that generated so much WOM and eWOM. I can honestly say that I am impatiently awaiting CAH's next killer marketing campaign!
Cards Against Humanity is the hero we need!
